Dr. Scheherazade Daniels is a Business and Leadership Architecture leader with more than 25 years of combined management and ministry leadership experience. She operates at the intersection of strategy, education, and execution. Designing transformational frameworks that equip organizations, institutions, and leaders to function with clarity, structure, and measurable impact.

Her assignment spans teaching, leadership development, small group facilitation, organizational training, collegiate instruction, and community outreach. As an advocate for education and business reform, Dr. Daniels is deeply committed to transforming systems, expanding business intelligence, and breaking the grip of systemic illiteracy and corporate droughts that hinder sustainable growth and innovation.

A professor, corporate facilitator, Certified Business Success Coach, and Entrepreneur, she is known for bridging education and enterprise execution with precision and passion. Her work empowers leaders to move beyond information into implementation, aligning vision, people, and systems to drive performance, scalability, and long-term results.

Dr. Daniels is the President and CEO of Hayil Solutions, LLC, a Leadership and Business Development firm focused on organizational effectiveness, leadership architecture, and workforce transformation. She is also the founder of SD Essentials Inc. a health and wellness company providing products and education that support holistic well-being; E3 Connect Mentoring & Coaching, a platform dedicated to leadership development and personal advancement; and the Weapons of War Institute, where she equips individuals in spiritual strategy, prayer, and leadership activation.

In addition to her executive and entrepreneurial leadership, Dr. Daniels carries a distinctive voice in both academic and faith-based spaces. She integrates doctoral-level organizational leadership expertise with real-world application, equipping leaders to build systems that are both structurally sound and purpose-driven.

Dr. Scheherazade Daniels holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is the author of Restoring Prophetic Integrity (book and workbook) and co-author of Moving in the Prophetic training manual.
